10 years of service!

Hector Mendoza recently celebrated his 10 year anniversary of employment here at Shadowridge.  Thanks Hector for all your contributions to the course!!!

More rain delays

Once again, the weekend rain (5/8") has postponed our aeration schedule.  We plan on aerating the tees starting next Monday.  Then go right into aerating the green surrounds.  We will be open on this Monday with a guest special.  Tee times starting at 10 am. 

Aeration of tees delayed due to rain

We were scheduled to aerate the tees this week, but had to postpone to next week due to the 1.3" of rain over the weekend.  The following week we plan on aerating the green surrounds. 

Divot Dawgs

I would like to thank all the "Divot Dawgs" for coming out Monday morning and filling all the divots in our fairways!  Thanks Terry & Enid Ewen, Peter Jenkins, John Blasi, John Overton, Jim Weatherford,  Jim Byrum, Ian Collins, Ed Flach and Jim Montoya!!!

Greens aeration

The greens aeration went well.  Next week we will deep tine aerate the approaches.  This helps drain the excess water when we need to leach the greens this summer.
